Reservations
All reservations are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation.
To confirm a reservation, the guest must complete the corresponding payment, under the conditions defined for each accommodation.
The prices for reservation rates, security deposit, cleaning fees, or any other charges are those displayed at any given time on the accommodation’s page.
All prices include VAT at the legally applicable rate.
Payment Methods
Reservations may be paid by credit card, Visa or MasterCard.
Guests are also subject to the specific rules applicable to each accommodation.
Pre Check-in
Upon completion of the reservation, the reservation holder will receive an email and/or SMS from Bouquet d’Alegria confirming the booking and providing important information about the accommodation.
Guests will be invited to complete an Accommodation Bulletin, which is essential for preparing the stay.
This bulletin will request, among other information, the total number of guests and their details, in order to comply with the legal requirements of the immigration authorities.
Guests must indicate the exact number of occupants. The number of guests specified in the reservation may not exceed the number of guests staying in the accommodation. If this limit is exceeded, Bouquet d’Alegria reserves the right to require guests to leave the property without compensation or refund.
Bouquet d’Alegria cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete submission of the Accommodation Bulletin.
Any attempt to alter or tamper with the original information will invalidate the bulletin and may result in reservation cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
After confirmation of the reservation, the following fees apply in case of cancellation:
A) The guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount if the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the check-in date.
In case of overbooking (i.e., simultaneous reservations for the same accommodation), the guest expressly acknowledges and accepts that Bouquet d’Alegria may reallocate the booking to accommodation of the same category (ensuring that the quality is not inferior), at no additional cost and without entitlement to compensation.
Stay Conditions
The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and must stay at the property for the entire duration of the stay.
Guests under 18 years old may only stay if accompanied by an adult who holds the reservation.
The reservation holder must provide a valid address, phone number, and email address.
Pets are not allowed in any Bouquet d’Alegria accommodations. If any animal is found, Bouquet d’Alegria reserves the right to require guests to leave without refund.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.
In accordance with applicable law, the accommodation of foreign guests must be reported to immigration authorities.
For this purpose, all foreign guests must provide identification details through the Accommodation Bulletin no later than the check-in date.
Guests must report any damage to the accommodation, contents, equipment, or accessories, even if considered normal wear and tear. Failure to report may result in liability.
Additional Services
Bouquet d’Alegria offers various additional services to guests.
All services are provided upon request and subject to availability.
Bouquet d’Alegria is not responsible for services provided by third-party suppliers.
Check-in and Check-out
At check-in, identification documents of the reservation holder and all foreign guests will be required.
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 PM).
Late check-in must be confirmed in advance.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
At check-out, guests must leave the keys inside the key safe at the entrance. Keys must not be left in the door lock.
If a guest refuses to leave, Bouquet d’Alegria reserves the right to enter the property, remove belongings, change locks, and take necessary actions. The guest will be responsible for all related costs.
Any changes to check-in or check-out times must be approved. Delays without prior confirmation may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Only one set of keys is provided. Guests must ensure they are not lost.
Lost keys: €75 per key.
If a locksmith is required, the guest will bear the full cost.
Bouquet d’Alegria is not responsible for items left behind. Return of items is possible upon request, at the guest’s expense.
Cleaning, Linen and Towels
The accommodation is cleaned before arrival.
Basic service includes towels, bed linen, and some toiletries.
Additional cleaning services and linen changes are available for an extra fee.
Guests must keep the property reasonably clean and leave it in good condition at check-out.
Waste must not be left inside or near the property; guests must use designated outdoor bins.
Equipment, Furniture and Items
If any equipment does not work or guests are unsure how to use it, they should contact the host.
No alterations to the property or its contents are allowed.
All items belong to the owner and must not be removed.
Maintenance and Special Requests
Any issues must be reported immediately by email or phone.
Resolution may take up to 72 hours or more if third-party services are required.
Bouquet d’Alegria reserves the right to access the property at any time for inspections, repairs, or emergencies.
Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.
Noise, Illegal Activities and Safety
Night-time quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests must not disturb neighbors.
Illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.
The reservation holder is responsible for the behavior of all guests.
Guests must not disclose information that identifies the property address or owner.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions provided.
Any safety risk must be reported immediately.
Upon leaving, guests must ensure windows are closed and all equipment is turned off.
Liability
Bouquet d’Alegria’s responsibility is limited to its accommodations and the guest relationship during the stay.
It is not responsible for external factors such as building maintenance, noise, neighbors, or construction.
Photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; minor changes may occur.
No compensation will be provided based on property appearance or surroundings.
Bouquet d’Alegria is not responsible for damages, theft, accidents, or service interruptions (gas, electricity, water, internet).
Any criminal activity must be reported to both Bouquet d’Alegria and authorities.
Bouquet d’Alegria is not responsible for issues related to third-party services.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Law and Force Majeure
This agreement is between the guest and Bouquet d’Alegria, which is authorized to provide accommodation rental services.
Guests are not tenants and do not hold exclusive possession.
If accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Bouquet d’Alegria will attempt to provide similar accommodation.
If not accepted, a refund will be issued (excluding used nights). No further compensation is due.
Bouquet d’Alegria is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Changes and Jurisdiction
Bouquet d’Alegria reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Guests are responsible for reviewing terms before booking.
By using the service, guests accept all updates.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Portuguese courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
