Your data will be processed by Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda., corporate entity no. 517755017 (hereinafter referred to as Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda).
Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).
Why do we process your information?
Your personal data may be collected and processed by Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda for the following purposes:
a) To comply with legal obligations to which Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda is subject, namely reporting to immigration authorities and invoicing.
b) For the performance of the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract entered into with Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda, including payment transactions, check-in and check-out management, guest management, provision of additional services such as cleaning, transfers, breakfast or grocery services, and for pre-contractual procedures.
c) For contact purposes via email, mobile communications, and digital platforms, within the scope of marketing strategies of Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda, including commercial and contractual communications and information requests.
d) For the protection of property owned or managed by Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda, as well as for statistical analysis purposes.
Failure to provide personal data for the purposes referred to in points a) and b) may result in Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda being unable to comply with its legal obligations and may lead to the termination of the contract, without entitlement to compensation, as well as inadequate service provision.
What type of personal data do we collect?
Within the scope of its activity, Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda collects and processes the personal data necessary to provide contracted services, respond to information requests, or manage pre-contractual relations, namely identification data, contact details, and banking or payment card details.
Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on:
- The performance of the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract
- Compliance with legal obligations, namely legislation regarding entry, stay, and exit of foreign citizens and tax legislation (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR)
Additionally:
- Data processed for marketing purposes (point c) is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
- Data processed for protection and statistical purposes (point d) is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
How long do we retain your data?
Without prejudice to legal or regulatory requirements, personal data will only be retained for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.
Who may we share your data with?
Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda may share your personal data with:
a) Affiliated organizations or companies, provided they comply with equivalent data protection policies
b) Public authorities, such as immigration authorities and tax authorities, to whom we are legally required to provide information
c) Subcontractors providing services related to your data (e.g., website hosting providers, email marketing services, cleaning companies, law firms, accounting firms, insurers)
d) Competent authorities, including judicial bodies or regulatory authorities, where required by law or for security and technical purposes
Are your data transferred outside the European Union?
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Exceptionally, and under certain conditions, data may be transferred outside the EU for purposes such as data hosting, technical processing, backup, recovery, or service development, always in compliance with applicable legislation.
Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda ensures that no data is transferred to countries that do not guarantee an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the GDPR.

At any time, under the GDPR, you may request:

- Rectification or erasure
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability
If requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, Bouquet d’Alegria Unip. Lda may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act.
Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
